I knew from the very beginning that as soon as VR started to take off, there would be some odd things to talk about; not necessarily bad, just odd. Today I found myself staring at this information for longer that I needed to, just to make sure that I wasn’t dreaming this or something.

VRWerx and Autumn Productions, known better for their work on the Paranormal Activity VR game, are actually making a 90-minute VR movie based on the story of Jesus Christ himself. This film will be arriving to a variety of different places such as Samsung Gear VR, Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, Google Cardboard and even Sony’s own PlayStation VR. Jesus VR: The Story of Christ will arrive on Christmas day, with the price point still yet to be revealed.

Not going to lie, I read the full title of this film, and I couldn’t help but laugh. This is actually a pretty interesting idea, but it’s still pretty funny and unexpected.
